My leg has improved so much, I am still taking the chondroitin for my joints, and there are painkillers only when I need them. Which isn't very often.

We are planning to go on the NC500 route this year. 500 miles around Scotland looking forward to this trip I think this will need a blog page of its own.  Watch this space.
